Our fermentation barrels and vats are produced for the careful fermenting of red wines. These barrels and vats can be fitted with large (A4-316) stainless steel fittings (e.g. stainless steel door, stainless steel lid, cooling plates, stainless steel tires, etc.). Stave thicknesses (quartersawn) of up to 65 mm.
